Pets are welcome at the Villa. We kindly ask owners to take full responsibility for their pets during their stay. An additional charge of €10 per pet per night applies.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa. Guests are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas; however, we kindly ask you to be mindful of fire safety.

Guests are required to comply with local noise regulations. Excessive noise, loud music, and behavior that may disturb neighbors are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guests are welcome to use the barbecue facilities and are kindly asked to clean them after use.

Before leaving the pool area, please return sunbeds and umbrellas to their designated places, store the seat cushions in the storage box, and switch off all terrace lights. Guests are kindly requested not to remove sunbeds or any other items from the pool area.

Special attention should be paid to turning off electrical appliances, closing faucets, turning off the air conditioner when the guest is not in the apartment. Before using the air conditioner, it is necessary to close all windows and doors. In case of wind and rain, the awning must be retracted.

Please do not take any items belonging to the Villa outside the property.

Guests use the pool, yard, and all facilities on the property at their own risk. Parents or legal guardians bear full responsibility for children.

Please take care while moving around the garden, as some plants may have thorns or sharp edges.

Guests are kindly requested to leave the Villa in a clean and orderly condition upon departure. If additional cleaning is deemed necessary upon the guest’s departure, an extra cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.

Any damage caused during the stay and identified upon departure must be compensated by the guest before leaving the property.
